Institutional pilots

Request a Rocketproof pilot.

Rocketproof.ai is available for institutional evaluation now. Start with a focused group of courses, faculty, programs or students, see how it works in your own teaching, and decide together whether to expand.

What Rocketproof is for

One platform for three kinds of work.

A pilot can focus on one of these or combine them. Faculty decide what the first term looks like.

Assess

Authentic assessment and oral defense

Oral exams, defenses of papers and presentations, reading checks, and cumulative assessments. Questions come from the student’s own work and every session leaves a transcript.

Simulate

AI simulations and role-play

The AI plays a patient, client, interviewer or stakeholder that you define. Students talk it through, make decisions, and are assessed on how they handled the situation.

Build with AI

Built-in AI agents for instructors

AI assistants built into Rocketproof draft assignments, simulations, rubrics and question sets, and analyze course results. They work inside your role and your courses.

What a pilot shows you

What your institution can evaluate.

  • How students respond to oral assessment and role-play in your own courses
  • How much time faculty spend building, reviewing and grading
  • How well rubric-aligned scoring matches your instructors’ judgment
  • How the workflow fits your LMS, your accessibility practices and your academic integrity policy
  • What students and faculty say at the end of the term
  • Whether a wider rollout across a department, a school or the university is worth pursuing
Who takes part

Who to involve in a pilot.

Every institution organizes this differently. These are the groups that usually have a stake in the decision.

Faculty

Instructors who build the assignments, review the transcripts and release the grades. A pilot usually starts with a small group who want to try a new kind of assessment.

Department chairs and deans

Academic leaders who decide which courses or programs make sense for the first term and what a useful result would look like.

Instructional design and academic technology

The people who know the LMS, support faculty and gather student feedback.

Provost, IT and procurement

Offices that review data practices, accessibility and licensing. They can join the conversation whenever it is useful, including at the start.

Working with faculty

Faculty keep academic judgment.

Instructors define the assignment, the scenario and the rubric. The AI built into Rocketproof can draft these for an instructor to edit, and it can score a session against the rubric as a draft.

Every session leaves a transcript and a recording for the instructor to review. A person saves, publishes and grades. The platform never releases a grade on its own.

LMS and access

How a pilot fits your LMS.

Rocketproof connects to a learning management system through LTI 1.3, with deep linking and grade passback. That connection is verified with Canvas. Blackboard, Moodle and D2L Brightspace are supported through the same layer, and we have not yet observed a launch on those platforms.

A pilot does not need an LMS connection to begin. Every published assignment has a direct link that you can place in a syllabus or an email. Read the details for each platform.

After you submit

What happens next.

  1. Step 1

    We read your request.

A member of the Rocketproof team reviews what you sent and replies to you by email.

  2. Step 2

    We talk about your goals.

We learn which courses, faculty or programs you have in mind and what you would want to see from a pilot. A demonstration is part of this conversation if you want one.

  3. Step 3

    We agree on a scope.

Together we decide how many courses and students to include, how it connects to your LMS, and what you will evaluate.

Request a pilot

Tell us a little about your institution and what you have in mind. If you are not sure what to ask for yet, send your name, email and institution, and we will take it from there.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Everything else is optional.

You do not need to know which option fits yet. We will work that out together.
