Long description

Rocketproof is an AI-powered assessment and simulation platform for higher education. Instructors create oral assessments and realistic AI role-play scenarios, use the AI built into the platform to design and manage them, and review the transcripts, recordings and rubric evidence before releasing a grade. Instructors can use the same platform to assess understanding, to simulate professional situations and to build assessments with AI.

Authentic assessment and oral defense. Rocketproof runs structured oral assessments. A student submits a paper, a slide deck or a reading response, or works from source material you provide, and the AI asks questions about it and follows up on what the student says. The same engine supports oral examinations, debates, interviews, language conversations, and cumulative or capstone assessments.

AI simulations and role-play. Rocketproof runs AI role-play and scenario simulations. You write the situation, the persona, the goal and the limits. The AI holds that character for the whole conversation and responds to what the student actually says, by voice or by text. Use the same simulation for repeated practice that stays out of the gradebook, or as a graded assessment with a rubric.

Built-in AI agents for instructors. Rocketproof includes AI agents that work on the same course, assignment, rubric and student evidence the platform already holds. Describe what you want and an assistant drafts the assignment, simulation, rubric, question set or whole course for you to edit. Analysis assistants answer questions about performance across your courses. They draft and advise. A person saves, publishes and grades.

Assessment, simulation and AI-assisted building all end in the same instructor review: the transcript, the recording, the rubric scores, the analysis, and your decision. That shared record is what lets a role-play count in a course.

Accuracy notes

What Rocketproof.ai does not do

  • Rocketproof.ai is not an AI detector. It assesses whether a student can explain and defend work, which is separate from detecting AI-written text.
  • Canvas is the only LMS validated end to end in production. Support for Blackboard, Moodle and D2L Brightspace is implemented on the same LTI 1.3 standard and has not yet been observed on a vendor test system.
  • It is a browser-based platform. It has no VR headset experience.
  • It does not currently offer a public API or an MCP server for external AI assistants.
  • Its built-in AI assistants draft and advise. A person saves, publishes and grades.
  • It supplements clinical placements, labs and live simulation. It does not replace them.
